We schedule maintenance calls and coordinate with the vendors, you don’t have to deal with any of it. All vendor invoices go directly to you – we don’t mark up services.
YES! For Airbnb, we will be added as a co-host. For VRBO and other platforms, we will just link the accounts to our PMS. If you are transferring from a property management company who had your listings on their own account, we will help create new listings on an account that you own instead.
No! We use the latest in PMS and dynamic pricing software and this cost is included in your monthly rate, so you can ditch your subscriptions and save even more!
No! All services are month to month with no long term commitment. If you’re not satisfied, we will switch everything back to the way you had it free of charge!
For self-managing owners, we can typically have you up and running within 1-2 weeks. For those switching from traditional property managers, it may take 2-3 weeks as we help create new accounts and establish local vendor relationships.
We operate nationwide in the US – all 50 states!
